1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player," "User," or "you") and playph ("playph," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the playph website located at https://playph.cam (the "Site") and all associated services, games, promotions, and features (collectively, the "Services").

2.4 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) playph account. Creating multiple accounts, whether using different personal information, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. playph reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void all associated wagers and winnings, and confiscate any funds held in such accounts.

3. Deposits and Payments

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

playph supports a variety of payment methods popular in the Philippines, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers via InstaPay and PesoNet, and deposits at partner retail locations such as 7-Eleven CLiQQ. 3.2 Deposit Processing

All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. playph does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may impose transaction fees which are your sole responsibility.

Deposits are typically credited to your playph account instantly upon successful processing. In rare cases, technical delays may occur, and funds may take up to twenty-four (24) hours to appear in your account. If your deposit does not appear within this timeframe, please contact playph customer support with transaction details.

3.3 Source of Funds

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your playph account are derived from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity. playph reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of your funds at any time, particularly for large deposits or withdrawals. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and funds being held pending investigation.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

playph is committed to preventing money laundering and complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations in the Philippines. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on accounts exhibiting unusual deposit or withdrawal patterns, high-value transactions, or other suspicious activity. Players found to be using playph for money laundering purposes will have their accounts permanently closed and reported to relevant authorities.

4. Withdrawals and Payouts

4.1 Withdrawal Methods and Processing Times

Withdrawals may be requested using any payment method you have previously used to deposit funds into your playph account. 4.2 Verification Requirements

Withdrawals will not be processed until your account verification is complete. Processing of verification documents typically occurs within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours of submission. playph reserves the right to request additional documentation if the initial submission is unclear, incomplete, or raises compliance concerns.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and account VIP tier. Standard accounts may have daily and monthly withdrawal limits, while higher VIP tiers enjoy increased limits and priority processing. 4.4 Wagering Requirements

5.3 Bonus Abuse Policy

Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited, accounts suspended or permanently closed, and may be reported to relevant gaming authorities.

5.4 Modification and Cancellation

playph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. In the event of cancellation, Players who have already opted into the promotion will be permitted to complete the promotion under the original terms, provided no bonus abuse has occurred.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

Players found engaging in prohibited activities will have their accounts immediately suspended or permanently closed, all pending wagers voided, and all funds and winnings forfeited. playph reserves the right to pursue legal action and report fraudulent activity to law enforcement authorities.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Voluntary Self-Exclusion

playph is committed to promoting responsible gaming. If you feel that your gambling activity is becoming problematic, you may request voluntary self-exclusion from the playph platform for a period of your choosing (minimum six months). During a self-exclusion period, your account will be inaccessible, and you will not be able to deposit funds, place wagers, or access promotional offers. 7.2 Temporary Suspension

During a suspension period, you will not be able to access your account or place wagers; however, your account balance will remain intact pending resolution.

7.3 Permanent Account Closure

playph may permanently close your account with immediate effect if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, provide false information during registration or verification, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon permanent closure, all pending wagers will be voided, bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited, and any remaining real-money balance (excluding forfeited funds) will be returned to you via your verified payment method within thirty (30) business days.

You may request voluntary permanent closure of your account at any time by contacting playph customer support. Upon voluntary closure, all pending wagers will be settled, bonus funds will be forfeited, and any remaining real-money balance will be paid out in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

8.1 Service Availability

In no event shall playph's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of the Services exceed the total amount you have deposited into your playph account during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or PHP 10,000, whichever is less.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the playph Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and the compilation thereof (the "Content"), is the property of playph or its content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site and Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content without the prior written consent of playph.

The playph name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of playph or its affiliates. You may not use such marks without the prior written permission of playph. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Site are the trademarks of their respective owners.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, and you hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

12. Miscellaneous Provisions

12.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.2 Waiver

No waiver by playph of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of playph to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

12.3 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your playph account to any third party without playph's prior written consent. playph may assign or transfer these Terms and your account to any affiliate or successor entity without restriction.

12.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and playph concerning your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written, between the parties.
